The Trainer

I’m Joana the owner of Joana Fitness and I have always been very sporty. I have played football since a very young age.

I decided to become a PT as fitness helped me physically and mentally after having a knee injury at 13 and bells palsy at 21 years old. This was when I stated having a passion for fitness as I was able to recover from both an injury and health problem and knowing that I can help others through fitness is one of the best feelings of being a PT.

How I can help you

My main goal is to help you improve your lifestyle with small daily steps. I will be with you in that process as I don’t want you to feel alone.

If you are in the London area I can travel to you but if you are further I can help you online as the distance should not be a barrier to improve your health and lifestyle.
